South Beach Diet Book

Many people confuse the South Beach diet with the Atkins diet. In the first 2 weeks all sugar and carbs are cut out but afterwards, certain "good carbs" can be added. So this diet is much healthier than Atkins. The first two weeks are hard but worth it! Once you get through the first two weeks, the rest is much easier. If you eat a donut, you dont have to scrap your entire diet, just continue. The South Beach diet book will start you on your way.
